How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Legrobert Concrete wants to treat everyone who contacts us fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Legrobert Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a contractor we connected you with
Problems With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first and keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Legrobert Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor or act for a contractor.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@legrobert.living and include:
- Your name and the way you prefer to be reached
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A brief account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may involve contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to review again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with matters involving licensed contractors.
